Welcome to Healer-Map. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Healer-Map platform (“Platform”), provided by Imke Hansen, we, an entity based in Australia.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

1. About Healer-Map

1.1 The Platform allows holistic healers and practitioners (“Users”) to create profiles and advertisements (“Content”) to showcase their businesses and connect with potential clients.

1.2 We provide the Platform as a venue only and do not offer, endorse, or guarantee any services listed on the Platform.

2. User Responsibilities

2.1 By using the Platform, you confirm that:

All Content you upload or share complies with Australian laws, including consumer protection, advertising, and intellectual property laws.

You are the owner or have the necessary rights to the Content you submit.

2.2 You must not:

Post false, misleading, or harmful information.

Engage in unlawful, fraudulent, or unethical behavior.

Use the Platform to harass, harm, or exploit others.

2.3 You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your Content and any interactions with clients or other users.

3. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

3.1 We are not responsible for the Content shared by Users or any outcomes resulting from interactions between Users and their clients.

3.2 To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law:

We exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to the Platform and its use.

We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of the Platform.

3.3 You agree to indemnify us against all claims, losses, or damages arising out of or in connection with your Content or misuse of the Platform.

4. Content Ownership and Rights

4.1 You retain ownership of any Content you submit to the Platform. However, by submitting Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your Content solely for the purposes of operating the Platform.

4.2 We reserve the right to remove or modify Content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

5. Termination

5.1 We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if you breach these Terms or engage in unlawful behavior.

5.2 You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

6. Changes to the Terms

6.1 We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

7. Governing Law

7.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Queensland.
