My Journey
Having navigated significant life changes myself, I understand how isolating and uncertain these times can feel. With the right tools and support, I’ve learnt that it’s possible to regain clarity, rebuild resilience, and move forward with confidence.
By embracing the principles of Positive Psychology, Emotional Intelligence, and evaluating various techniques and modalities, I’ve learned to question my subconscious mind and clear unconscious programmes that once held me back. Through energy and mindfulness practices, I’ve developed the ability to observe my thoughts without fully identifying with them, enabling me to regulate my emotional state effectively.

My Approach
The Emotion, Body, and Belief Code modalities differ from traditional therapy or counselling. You do not need to talk about past experiences or relive any emotions to correct energetic imbalances, release trapped emotions, or clear faulty core beliefs.
I use Applied Kinesiology (muscle testing) on myself on your behalf. This process, known as Proxy Testing, allows me to connect with your bio-communication network using the principle of Quantum Entanglement, a key concept in Quantum Physics.
